This was a substantial design and build refurbishment and extension involving a new waterproofed lower level, a loft to office conversion, extension to the structure and new high spec glazing and cladding.

We were the point of contact for the client, architect and engineer on the project.

We value engineered the facade using an alternative zinc cladding, changed the plumbing layout and fittings and designed the vanities using Corian to retain quality and provide best value.
