A five-level steel frame and precast rib construction with titan board cladding for BUPA retirement villages. Our QS duties included pricing concrete and carpentry work, tendering, and managing subcontract packages and PSUMs.

We also provided assistance to overcome fire rating details, coordinate different paint schemes, prepared an extensive Extension of Time claim, and project managed the site for the final month to completion.
