Karori cres. Orakei

Located in one of Auckland's most exclusive streets, we were contracted to undertake the initial estimate, tender and price the structural trades and then the facade and fitout package. Based onsite during the build we then provided ongoing contract and cost management.

The project consists of 6 high end luxury apartments. The Penthouse has recently sold for a record $17M. We appointed subcontractors suitable for the high spec work, utilised a procurement schedule to manage imported material lead times and implemented VE solutions for the internal sliding glass doors, precast concrete panel moulding, reduced internal intumescent coatings and changed some floor coverings resulting in savings.
