Precast concrete floors and walls with prefabricated bathroom pods.

QS achievements included significant value engineering. Brickwork installed using a mast climbing gantry instead of scaffolding, we didn't have the room, it saved money and it also allowed the brickwork to be on view while under construction.

We procured bathroom pods saving significant programme time, fire rated hallway walls to Holiday Inn specification overcoming dimension restraints.
