The project involved extending all airport facilities including gates, lounges, departure and arrival areas and construction of bond stores, baggage areas, car parking and sundry works while still being operational 24hrs a day.

Our QS involvement included project management of retail fitouts, finalising of cost reimbursable contracts, pricing up packages of work and servicing multiple staged contracts.
