Alexandra Park Building A, Green Lane

Alexandra Park Building A comprised two separate buildings containing 106 apartments and 12 standalone townhouses constructed from structural steel and tray-deck flooring.

Working for the main contractor we became involved after the original contractor parted ways with the client when the structure had only reached Level 4. Our Quantity Surveying remit began with a full repricing of the remaining contract works and renegotiation with a large number of disgruntled subcontractors.

Significant defective work required separate identification, pricing and contract administration. Regular cash-flow analysis and forecast final cost reporting were provided, alongside procurement of technically challenging façade elements.
