Construction of a new main foyer entry and podium with mezzanine cafe.

Separately a full demolition and refurbishment of 5 levels of office fitout, amenities, specialist high end retail store spaces and a large external sculpture.

Work was programmed to fit around a major office decant into the new premises and considerable access issues meant pricing included for nighttime material deliveries and craneage weight restrictions at the loading bays.

Unusual items of procurement included constructing temporary offices, revolving entry door, triangulated sawtooth roofing, marble tiling, detailed carpentry work and specialist office furniture.
